This dressing was originally created as a fresh low fat dressing option for a leading Sydney Gourmet Deli

I love it drizzled over steamed asparagus and as a dipping sauce for GF Chicken Nuggets

Pro Biotic Caesar Salad Dressing


For 6 people

  • 1 cup(s) Home made Probiotic Yoghurt
  • 2 Peeled Garlic Cloves
  • 8 Anchovie Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Sugar or a Sprinkle of Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Organic Parmesan Cheese (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
    Pour over your favourite caesar salad mix.
    Refrigerate after making.. and enjoy x
