Paleo Parsnip 'Pasta'

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 3 tablespoon(s) Butter or Ghee
  • 4 Parsnips

Directions

  1. Peel the parsnips. With a thin vegetable peeler, shave thin ‘fetuccine’ sized strips of parsnips*
  2. Heat butter in frying pan on medium heat
  3. Fry parsnips in butter for 5-10 mins until golden and crispy
