Raw Chocolate Power Balls

These little balls feature regularly in my children's lunch box, its a great way to hide fruit and vegetables in a sweet chocolate treat.

This recipe changes daily for me depending on what raw ingredients i have in the cupboard.. but you will get the idea of how to make these power balls....

Raw Chocolate Power Balls

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 1 cup(s) Protein Powder or Dessicated Coconut
  • 1 cup(s) Almond Meal
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup(s) Raspberries
  • 1 cup(s) Avocado
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 4 Fresh Dates
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Hard Coconut Cream
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) Stevia to taste

Directions

  1. Into a high powered processor place all ingredients, process the mixture until smooth, adding more sweetner to taste if necessary or extra protein powder if the mixture is a little wet.
  2. Make into teaspoon sized balls, roll in coconut and store in the fridge until serving
  3. If you would like a sweeter mix, replace the coconut cream with raw honey or add 4 more dates
